Our Founder and Trainer
Our Founder and Head Trainer, Dan Bradley, has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, including working with professional athletes.
Based in Willoughby, Dan leads expert group training and strength & conditioning classes, bringing his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, Diploma of Sport, and Certificate IV in Fitness to every session.

How it works and Timetable
Experience expert led group training with our strength & conditioning classes. Each class is limited to 8 participants and with an iPad provided for you, we deliver structured coaching, accountability, and measurable results.
Class Schedule:
Strength Training: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Conditioning Classes: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
